Dimitra Bozinaki graduated in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the School of Food, Biotechnology and Development of Agricultural University of Athens, Greece in 2019. Since 2020, she has been a young researcher within the Food Quality and Hygiene research group at Agricultural University of Athens and is currently working in the European PRIMA project ArtiSaneFood. In addition, she has collaborated in several research projects which had to do with antimicrobial active packaging and natural antimicrobials.
