Rim Chaouachi Researcher at ISBST, graduated as Engineer in Analytical Chemistry and Instrumentation. She earned her Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry from the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology at Okayama University (Japan). She joined the UMA in 2005 as Assistant Professor and the LR11ES31 since 2012. She will contribute to ARTISANEFOOD project through bioactive compound analysis and food safety application.
