Fanny Tenenhaus-Aziza is a chief project at the scientific department of the French Dairy Board (CNIEL). She has a mathematician and statistical background, with a pHd in Biostatistic. She is responsible for projects related to microbiological dairy data analysis and exposure assessment for dairy products, from a research point of view and a transfer point of view. She is involved in research projects related to the improvement of quantitative Risk assessment models, Predictive microbiology and their applications. The models developed are used to improve management options for the safety of dairy products. She was chair of the International Committee on Predictive Modelling in Food between 2013 and 2015. She is member of the Scientific and Technical Committee of the Sym’previus consortium and of the Standing Committees on Food Hygiene Safety of the International Dairy Federation.
