Gerardo Manfreda is a Italian national, holds a PhD in Hygiene, safety and quality of animal productions from University of Perugia, Italy. He has expertise in different areas of Food safety and bacterial foodborne tracing and bacterial sequencing charatcerisation and molecular quantification of foodborne pathogens.
