Halima El Hatmi Researcher at Laboratory “Elevage et Faune Sauvage” at IRA of Medenine. She is a Teacher at ISBAM/University of Gabes. Expert on camel milk and food technology and co-Supervisor of PhD project of Olfa Oussaif: traditional camel fermented milk. She will participate to ARTISANFOOD Project through application of LAB in traditional fermented products.
