kaoutar boussif She was born in 14 July 1995 in Agadir. She had her Scientific Baccalaureate in 2013. Then, she got a Technical University Degree at the Superior School of Technology. Option: bio-industry engineering in Agadir in 2015. After that she got her Bachelor degree in Sciences and Technology at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of Fez. Option: Bioprocesses, Health and Food Safety in 2016. She obtained her Master degree in Sciences and Technology at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of Mohammedia. Option: Applied microbiology and biological engineering in 2018. In this year, she is a student in first year PhD at the National School of Applied Sciences in food microbiology and more specifically the biopreservation of fermented food. During her university career, she did several internships, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries. As well as laboratories like National Institute of Fisheries Research and National laboratory for pollution studies and monitoring. The theme of her master internship was on the contribution to the identification of histamine producing bacteria isolated from the semi preserved anchovy.
