Khaoula Belguith Graduated from the National School of Engineering of Sfax as Engineer in Food Industry. PhD Degree in Microbiology. Currently, she is assistant professor and head of department of Biotechnology at ISBST and a researcher at LR17ES03, ISBST, University of Manouba. Her contribution to ArtiSaneFood project: supervising all microbial analysis experiments to be performed by PhD-students working on Tunisian traditional fermented products.
