Irene-Dimitra Mesimeri is a biotechnologist from Agricultural University of Athens (AUA). She has a M.Sc from Department of Food Science and human Nutrition in AUA. She studied glucosinolates hydrolysis products in Brassicaceae family (Qualitative & Quantitative determination in GC-MS and HRMS-QTOF) and antifungal activity of Imperverin in Laboratory of General Chemistry. She had a presentation on the $30^{th}$ International Symposium on Natural Products Chemistry. Her bachelor degree was on Effect of dead cells of the biological agent Paenibacillus alvei strain K165 on the protection and induction of the plant defense mechanism against the fungus Verticillium dahliae from Phytopathology laboratory in AUA and she had a presentation on the 18thPhytopathological congress.
