Olga Bonilla Luque Olga Bonilla graduated with a BSc in Veterinary Sciences from the University of Cordoba in 2018. She has been working in an animal production company setting different formulations of animal feed and optimising production. She has also been involved in the design and establishment of HACCP systems for the elaboration of foods from animal origin. She is currently working as a PhD student within the ArtisaneFood project.
