Konstantina E. Passiou graduated in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the School of Food, Biotechnology and Development of Agricultural University of Athens, Greece in 2018.She is currently pursuing Masters studies in Business Administration of Food and Agribusiness at the same institution. Since 2019, she has been a young researcher within the Food Quality and Hygiene research group at Agricultural University of Athens and is currently working in the European PRIMA project ArtiSaneFood. In addition, she has collaborated in several research projects with companies in the food and beverage sector related to spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms.Moreover, she has participated in several food science conferences (national and international) through oral or poster presentations, while, in September of 2020, she has published her first paper in Journal of Food Protection related to spoilage of plant-based beverages by Alicyclobacillus species.
