Nabil SEMMAR is Professor of Bioengineering in Tunisia. He is specialized in multifactorial statistical analysis of variability in biological and chemical systems. He developed and published new statistical approaches helping to understand and control regulation mechanisms of diversity and polymorphism in biosystems at different scales (from atomic-molecular to ecosystemic-geographical levels). He is cofounder of the Laboratory of Bio-Informatics, -Mathematics and -Statistics (BIMS) at Pasteur Institute of Tunis. He will contribute to to ARTISANEFOOD project through application of new statistical approaches helping to understand and control Food Process and interaction with Product Properties.
