Beatriz Silva is currently pursuing her PhD studies at the University of Minho and the Polytechnic Institute of Braganza, with an investigation in the field of predictive microbiology that intends to optimise the use of biopreservation technologies to control the development of Staphylococcus aureus in goat’s raw milk soft cheeses.
