Arícia Possas is a food safety researcher at the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Córdoba (Spain). She holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology and conducts research in the field of Predictive Microbiology, Microbial Risk Assessment and on the evaluation of novel antimicrobials and emerging technologies to inactive microorganisms in foods.
