1. How would you describe your work in connection with typography and multimedia?
I work in very traditional media, mostly print. When working on other media I work with other people who have more experience on those particular media but it doesn't happen very often.

2. In dynTypo I'm collecting examples of artists, studios/projects where dynamic typography is used in cooperation with design and multimedia arts. Examples: John Maeda, Peter Cho, Andreas Müller, Yugo Nakamura, Jason Lewis, Letterror, etc. Is anyone else dealing with these issues that are important/influential for you? If so, why do you think they are important for your work?
All those people are references but I wouldn't say they influence my work directly.

3. Did you study dynamic typography at school?
No, not at all.

4. How do you see yourself as a designer or a multimedia artist?
I'm a graphic/type designer trained for print work, typography on other media is more flexible, should be thought in a different way... I have the tendency to think on typographic problems for the screen the same way I would do it for print.

5. Can you identify some restrictions/limitations in the software you are using? If so, please specify?
In traditional media like print I would say the software is well developed, in software dealing with media for screen, video, the way type is handled is rather basic and you can't set type in very accurate way...

6. How do you see the use of self-made programs for dynamic typography? And what do you think of using it for both 'personal research' and commissioned projects?
I would love to have software that makes my life easier if I have to go into areas of type in motion and interactivity, right now it's something I don't dare to go into and I don't have time to explore, I'm to involved with other areas of work.

7. How do you think dynamic typography can improve our daily basis life? In other words, what do you think about the usage of dynamic typography?
There is big potential on dynamic typography, no doubt about that. Now it's time to leave theory and academic experiences and put the knowledge in action on more practical ways, which are those, I don't know...

8. How do you see the future of dynamic typography evolution?
I would think that there will be more and more typefaces developed to fit the flexibility of other media rather than print media. Multiple Master technology was going on that direction but then it was abandoned...
